Knowledge library: How to get started with the questionnaire library feature?

Library is the heart of Vyce, enabling quick access to the information you need for efficient questionnaire responses. With the library feature you can manage your security knowledge base in one place and make sure it is always up do date. Using the library feature is a prerequirement for the AI functionality to work. 

Getting started

To start automating your security questionnaires and leverage our AI feature we need to build up our knowledge base.
Vyce allows you to upload your existing security questionnaires along with their answers in a matter of minutes. We recommend a minimum of 100 questions for optimal results, with the ideal range falling between 300-400 questions. If you haven't filled out a questionnaire before, Vyce provides a template that you can easily complete and upload. 

In order to upload your security knowledge base to Vyce, please follow this quick guide:

Create a new project

This can be done in the Projects page. (See screenshot)

Fill in details

Name: The title or identifier for the security questionnaire.

Description: A brief overview or summary of the questionnaire

Status: Indicates the current stage or progress of the questionnaire

Expected Close Date: The anticipated date by which the security questionnaire is expected to be completed or finalized.

Import your prefilled questionnaire

Select the questionnaire that you want to import. Currently only .csv files are supported.

Copy to library

Once the upload is successful, select all questions and click "Copy To Library"
That is all, you have now successfully introduced the first set of answers to your Library.  

This will enable the AI to do the work for you.
